Collection management functionality includes configuration options to allow the Lender the ability to tailor the collections process to its internal policies. This includes the no of re-collections attempts, the specification of a collections period of grace, maximum amounts collectable from a client among others. It also provides for the definition of Collection Agents.
Payment monitoring monitors the underlying loans system to identify collections due based on the product configuration and raises a collection transaction. Mobile text messages may be sent to the client and / or the Collection Agent informing them of the collections due and / or paid.
Extract management consolidates all collections per Collection Agent and structures the data into a format suitable for transmission to each individual Collection Agent before electronically transmitting the information to the Agent. This may be done via FTP, E-mail or Web Service.
Comprehensive reporting, security features and implementation options (e.g. multi language options, open source operating environment capability and the ability to accommodate various output interfaces) are a standard part of the product
