CS&FM is a fully integrated financial stock management system for use by Central Bank Issue Departments. It allows for complete control of note and coin stock levels, vault management and for the movement of stock between the various departments within the organization. This  module, which is fully integrated with T24, will handle all the relevant financial transactions depending on the action performed on the stock of notes and coins

The main features of the CS&FM module is as follows:

a)     Caters for Bulk Cash Deposits and withdrawals with the Commercial Banks

b)    Allows for electronic transfer of the various types of notes and coins between Central Bank departments e.g. from your main vault to the processing centre

c)     Electronic and automatic adjustment of your stock registers by denomination and by type for the various movements of that currency

d)    Maintenance of the various types of currency that you may handle in your organization e.g. Mint, Soiled, Mutilated, Re-Issuable

e)     Automatic and accurate calculation of notes and coins in Circulation figures as well as notes received from the  Mint or Printers

f)      Allows for the destruction of mutilated notes and coins which may be carried out from time to time

g)     Allows for transfer of currency between departments (stock only), as well as for stock & financial movements between vaults and other branches, agencies or departments. The system is fully multi -company / branch capable

h)     Allows for the capture of shortages and surpluses that may be detected in the processing centre and the subsequent automatic generation of penalty charge entries against a Commercial Bank account should you decide on such a penalty
